AI Providers & Subprocessors
Manyfy connects multiple AI models and supporting infrastructure so you can create images, video, audio, and avatar content in one workflow. This page describes the providers involved, the data they may process, and the controls that apply. The exact provider used for a task depends on the model, region, availability, and configuration you select.
1. AI models and cloud services we use
The current catalog may route tasks to OpenAI for GPT Image models; Google and its authorized delivery partners for the Nano Banana model family; ByteDance or its authorized cloud partners for Seedream and Seedance models; Alibaba Cloud or authorized partners for Wan models; Black Forest Labs or authorized partners for FLUX models; and the DreamAPI integration layer or its model partners for DreamAvatar, LipSync, and DreamAct workflows.
Supporting subprocessors may provide cloud compute, object storage, content delivery, databases, email, monitoring, security, and customer support. The active model catalog is shown in the product and may change as models are added, upgraded, replaced, or removed.
3. Data processing regions
AI and infrastructure providers may process data in the United States, the European Economic Area, and Asia-Pacific regions, or in another region disclosed in their service terms. The route for a specific request depends on provider availability, the model selected, service resilience, and any regional configuration available to your account.
Where personal data is transferred across borders, Manyfy uses the contractual and technical safeguards described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable data processing agreement.
4. Whether prompts or assets are stored
Manyfy may store prompts, source assets, settings, and outputs when needed to provide project history, reruns, downloads, support, abuse prevention, and account features. You should delete project content you no longer want to retain.
An AI provider may temporarily retain task data to deliver the result, maintain security, or investigate abuse under its API terms. Zero retention is not the default for every model, region, or account.
5. Whether data is used for training
Manyfy does not use private prompts or uploaded assets to train a public or general-purpose AI model unless you make an explicit opt-in choice.
Where commercially available, Manyfy uses business or API configurations under which providers do not train their general models on customer task data. A provider may still process limited data for security, abuse detection, legal compliance, or a feature you explicitly enable; model-specific differences are disclosed in the product or an applicable order form.
6. Retention periods
Content saved to a Manyfy project is generally retained while the project or account remains active and is queued for deletion when you delete it, subject to backup rotation, security, dispute, and legal-retention requirements.
Provider-side temporary retention varies by model and configuration and is limited to the shortest period available for the service purpose. Some providers may retain task data for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, while an approved zero-retention configuration does not retain prompt or asset content after processing. Transaction, security, and audit records may be retained longer where necessary.
7. Supported zero-retention configurations
Zero-retention processing is available only for eligible enterprise or workspace configurations and only for models whose providers support and approve that mode. It is not automatically enabled for every catalog model.
When zero retention is enabled, the provider is configured not to retain prompt or asset content after completing the request, apart from minimal metadata that must be kept for security or law. Contact manyfy@newportai.com to confirm eligible models, regions, and contractual requirements before submitting sensitive workloads.
8. Provider change dates
20 July 2026 — Initial publication of the Manyfy AI provider and subprocessor summary.
When a material provider is added, replaced, or removed, Manyfy will add the effective date here and provide advance notice where the change materially affects data location, retention, training, or customer rights and advance notice is reasonably possible.
