1. Acceptance and Changes to Terms

You must fully read and understand these Terms, particularly those that may waive or limit our liability and may limit your rights. Your use of the Services is conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

Individuals under 13 years of age or other minimum age specified by applicable laws in your jurisdiction (the "Minimum Age") may not use the Services. Minors who have reached the Minimum Age but are still underage may only use the Services on behalf of their parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to revise, replace, or update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes in a reasonable manner. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your knowledge and acceptance of the changes.

2. Definitions

"Services" refers to the websites, applications, and AI content generation capabilities we provide, including AI Agents, voice generation, video generation, image generation technologies, and related support.

"Creative Content" refers to videos, images, audio, voice, scripts, and other materials you upload or provide for processing or generation through the Services.

"Generated Results" refers to content generated by the Services, including voiceover videos, synthesized voice, AI videos, AI images, and other assets.

"Applicable Laws" refers to all applicable legislation, regulations, and instructions and guidance from any competent regulatory or government authority.

3. Purchase and Use of Services

Before purchasing and using the Services, you need to register or log in to an account. Relevant service fees will be clearly listed on the purchase page, and you can select specific service types and pay the corresponding price.

Before purchasing or using the Services, please carefully read and understand these Terms, particularly those regarding payment and refund rules, rights usage rules, and liability disclaimers or limitations. By confirming the next step or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all contents of these Terms.

After successful payment and confirmation, you can access the Services. Please note the validity period of the services you receive. Results generated by AI may be retained on the server for a limited time only and may not be accessible after that time.

We may send you recommendations, paid benefits, promotions, and other information through the email bound to your account, in-site messages, or announcements. If you do not wish to receive such information, you can unsubscribe or close notifications at any time as provided on the page.

4. Your Rights and Obligations

You must use the Services in a lawful manner and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules, including those related to privacy, consumer protection, unfair competition, and false advertising.

Unless otherwise agreed, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited, revocable license to use the products and technologies in the Services within your business scope. Any materials, software, data, etc. we provide to you are owned by us, and you may not distribute, transfer, license, or provide them to others.

You must ensure that the information and materials you submit are true, accurate, complete, and timely; otherwise, we have the right to refuse to provide relevant services. If you cause losses to us or third parties as a result, you shall bear responsibility.

You must properly keep your account credentials, access tokens, and keys, and may not transfer, rent, lend, or disclose them to any third party in any form. If your credentials are used without authorization or other security issues occur, you shall immediately notify us; we are not responsible for losses caused thereby.

5. Our Rights and Obligations

We have the right to adjust or terminate part or all of the Services at any time according to our operational arrangements (including taking offline, iterating, integrating, etc.), but will notify you at least 30 days in advance so that you can migrate and back up data, adjust your business, and protect your legitimate rights.

If we find, based on government information, rights holder complaints, or otherwise, that your use may violate applicable laws or this Agreement, we have the right to take one or more measures, including requiring deletion or modification of violating content, restricting or suspending the Services, terminating the Services, and terminating this Agreement.

We cannot guarantee that the Services we provide are flawless, nor can we foresee and prevent service interruptions, data loss or leakage caused by force majeure, viruses, trojans, hacker attacks, system instability, third-party service defects, network failures, government actions, and other factors.

6. Data Protection

If we need to collect and process personal information of your end users when you use the Services, you shall cooperate with us to obtain authorization from end users so that we can collect and process their personal information to provide relevant services.

You shall bear all consequences and responsibilities arising from your data collection, processing, use, and other links violating applicable laws and regulations, and we have the right to fully or partially terminate the Services provided to you at any time.

Since different countries and regions have different regulatory requirements for data processing, you have an obligation to ensure before cooperation that the contract content does not violate the laws, regulations, and policies of the relevant countries and regions.

7. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights, ownership, and interests in the Services and various data, information, documents, technical materials, statistics, technical improvement methods, and results, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.

Except as necessary to perform this Agreement, no party may use the other party's intellectual property rights in any form without prior written consent.

Unless otherwise provided by law, if you have legitimate intellectual property rights over the content you upload/input, the intellectual property rights of AI-generated content still belong to you. However, whether such generated content has intellectual property rights and its ownership shall be determined and handled by you according to the laws at that time, and we are not responsible for this.

You are not restricted from using AI-generated content for commercial purposes. However, you understand and acknowledge that AI-generated content cannot completely avoid the risk of infringing intellectual property rights, especially when the input involves unauthorized text, IP, etc. Please carefully evaluate and ensure that both input and output are legitimate and reasonable before commercial use.

8. Code of Conduct

When using the Services, you shall comply with the behavioral requirements agreed in these Terms and Privacy Policy, and shall not (and shall not allow or induce any third party to) engage in the following behaviors.

You may not obtain, maliciously use, or damage the Services and related rights through theft, exploitation of system vulnerabilities (including the use of robots, crawlers, screenshot software, etc.), creating rules or system defects, or through any unofficial or unauthorized channels.

You may not use the Services and rights for profit or illegal gain, and may not sell, transfer, license, or lend the Services or paid rights you enjoy in any way.

You may not crack, modify, reverse engineer, or otherwise damage the security measures used to protect the Services; you may not use the Services to infringe on others' intellectual property rights, property rights, reputation rights, or other legitimate rights, or endanger minors.

9. Suspension and Termination of Services

In the following circumstances, the Services you purchase may be suspended or terminated: you actively suspend or terminate, fail to renew or cancel your account upon expiration; suspended or terminated by us due to your violation of these Terms; suspended or terminated due to applicable laws, regulations, or force majeure events; and other circumstances that should be suspended or terminated according to applicable laws.

After the Services are suspended or terminated, we will provide you with reminders or notifications. If you cannot use the Services due to the above reasons, you can contact us through the methods listed in "Contact Us."

After termination of the Services, you have no right to require us to continue providing the corresponding services, but this does not affect the rights and obligations of both parties that arose before termination.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "available" basis, and you shall bear the risks of use. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, we make no express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

You understand and agree that due to the current technical limitations of generative AI, we cannot guarantee 100% security, reliability, availability, and stability of the Services, nor can we guarantee the accuracy, reliability, and error-free nature of generated results.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages. In any event, our total cumulative liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six months prior.

11. AI Content Compliance

Our AI content generation Services may process voice samples, facial images, portrait data, and other identity-related creative content. You shall independently ensure that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, platform rules, and the requirements of this section.

Voice cloning compliance: You may use voice generation functions only when you have a legal basis, including cloning or synthesizing your own voice, obtaining prior express written consent from the voice rights holder, or using authorized or public domain materials. You may not clone, imitate, or synthesize others' voices without consent.

Portrait and image authorization: Before uploading, submitting, or using creative content containing recognizable individual faces, bodies, images, or other biometric features, you must obtain prior, express, informed, and documented consent from the individual, or otherwise hold all necessary rights and licenses.

Prohibited deepfake abuse: You may not use the Services to create, publish, or disseminate deceptive, defamatory, harassing, or exploitative synthetic media, including for fraud, impersonation, political manipulation, spreading false information, or creating deepfake content targeting minors.
